What we ask of you
- Willingness to publish at least one content type (e.g. news, events, press releases) for 6 months.
- A technical point of contact for the initial setup (1–2 days of engineering effort).
- Constructive feedback on schema, trust model, and publisher UX in a monthly 30-minute call.
- Optional: permission to name you publicly as a pilot partner (logo, short quote).

Setup workshop (remote, ~½ day) — Studio Node installation, publisher key generation, first teaser publishing.

Pilot starts — monthly check-in, joint review after 6 months, decision on continuation as a regular partner.
